Avoiding Returns!

Aleenas Collection wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and avoid the hassle of returns. Most returns from online clothing stores are due to sizing issues, so Aleenas Collection has taken extra care to make size selection as straightforward and low-risk as possible.

To assist, we provide two size charts on every product page in the “Size Guide” tab (underneath the “Add to Bag” button):

  A body size chart (to take your own body measurements).
  
• 
  A garment measurements chart (showing the clothing’s exact measurements).
  

By comparing these charts with your body measurements or with clothing you already own, you can choose the closest match.

While this guide is designed to make size selection simple, it may not always be 100% accurate as everyone’s body is unique. The Size Guide serves as an informed tool to help you choose the most suitable fit.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you still need to make a return, Aleenas Collection ensures the process is quick and convenient. Our courier partner, The Courier Guy, allows returns to be arranged directly from your home. Simply submit an online return form, and a driver will collect your parcel on your chosen date. Alternatively, you may drop off your return at your nearest Courier Guy branch.

If the return is due to a defective item, you must use The Courier Guy. Otherwise, you may use a courier of your choice.

Conditions for Returns

  Item must not have been washed.

  Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  Item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  

Aleenas Collection reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if these conditions are not met. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when Aleenas Collection has sent the wrong product.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale can only be exchanged for another size or style. Refunds are not available on sale items. If no exchange is desired, a store credit note can be issued instead.

Cost of Return Shipping for Refunds

If you choose a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is charged per item at a subsidized rate to prevent misuse of our shipping services.

In some cases, customers order multiple sizes or colors to try on, returning most of them, which creates significant shipping expenses, limits our ability to keep shipping costs low for everyone, and increases environmental impact. To minimize this, Aleenas Collection provides detailed size information with two charts to help you choose correctly before purchasing.

Please note: Return shipping only refers to the items you send back to Aleenas Collection. Any new order or exchange made afterward is treated as a fresh order, and regular outward shipping charges will apply, whether you use store credit or opt for a refund.
